The last time to a widow, Permilia Holland, with two sons, both killed in the Union Army. They had five children; Isaac, Joe, John, James, and Pernilia. Uncle Wills first wife we know very little about. She died soon after they married. Uncle Will came to Jackson Co. Oregon in 1853. His wife died while he was out there and he sent for his children in 63. Both Isaac and John were in the Union Army. James and Joe came as far as Idaho and went to mining. Sent Pernilia, their sister, to Powder River Vally (Oregon) where she lived with a sister Adelia (Adelia Ann Daly Tucker, Henry's older sister) and Tucker (John Archer Tucker) till she married Wash Dunalap, a boy we used to know in Putnam Co. Mo. A few years ago they were still living near Roseburg, Oregon. One of her Grandsons, Tom Dunalap, who was sheriff of Douglas Co., Oregon was killed by a man he had arrested for passing counterfeit money.
Enlisted in the Missouri Cavas as a volunteer and served 18 months.
