Grace Butterworth

They had no children of their own, but Grace raised Riley's 6 children as heer own.


John Erwin Boldrick

Schooling was at Profesor Harshaw's Academy at Denison, TX. When his father left for the Klondike in 1898 he was forced to leave the University of Austin where he intended to study medicine to help in the family shoe store.

Jack was secretary and treasurer of Boldrick Shoe Corp until his eyes failed from diabetic hemorrhages about 1942. He worked in the store from 9AM until 6PM six days a week. He described the business an equal to a gold mine.


Betty Louise Vaughn Le Febre

William Vaughn was the blood father. He abandoned his wife and two small daughters about 1929. James Le Febre asumed the role of father and is considered her father by Betty.
