WILL: 12 March 1784. New Jersey Colonial Documents. Calendar of Wills - 1781-1785. Lib. 25, p. 434. My sons, Joseph, and Thomas Borden, have lately made a division line through my plantation where I live, and placed corner stones at the several corners; and now I give that part on the west side of said line to my son, Joseph, and the part on the east side to my son, Thomas. Son, Francis, the plantation I bought of William Giberson, where Francis now lives. Son, James £5. Daughter, Rhoda Robins, to have a room in my house for one year. Daughters, Mary Lawrie, Lydia Foard, Rhoda Robins and Hannah Hawkins, rest of personal estate. Executors - sons, Joseph and Francis. Witnesses - David Rulon, Edmond Bower, Michael Allen. Proved Oct. 21, 1784. Inventory, made by Thomas Thorn and Jacob Middleton.

WILL: Have copy of complete will. EXTRACT - Francis of the Township of Nottingham, County of Burlington and western division of the state of New Jersey. In addition to above "Also I do further give and bequeath to my son Thomas Borden out of the moveable goods he took at the Paisement the value of Thirty Pounds at the rate they were praised an then all the remainder of the Goods that my son Thoms Borden took at the praisement he is to pay an equal proportion of the same to his Four sister at the Term of One year after my Decease..."
Witnesses were of the people called Quakers. Executors - Joseph & Francis were Quakers. 21 Oct 1784.
